Welcome. How can we improve the New Yahoo Mail?

Go back to the old format.

This new layout is terrible. It may look sleek but functionaly I don't like it. Why can't we use the old layout. Give us a choice.

I have been with yahoo mail for more than 30 years. I thinking if going to gmail.

    I need my account back the way it was. I do not like the change and wish you would not change it. Why mine?? My husband's did not change so why did mine?? I can not get any ones help to change it back. Spoke to one lady who I could not understand clearly and she hung up on me. Talk to another man and after explaining told me he could not help me to wait for some one to read my feedback and get back to me. Please change to the original form and do not touch it again. I should have been given a choice so I could accept or refuse. Please help me get back to original email!!!!!!!!!!

    Please go back to the old mail inbox layout and format, this new layout is clunky, slow, and hurts my eyes to use. I hate this new layout so much that after 20 years of using yahoo mail, I'm considering deleting my account altogether and using a different email provider. Please fix this issue or you will lose users.

    How to revert to the Old Yahoo Mail? The new one malfunctions. I reverted every time Yahoo forced the new one, but now I don't see that option anymore.

    why do you take away the old version. I have used your new version and it does not work for my business. I actually have missed important deadlines because you think something is junk and it is not

    BRING BACK THE OPTION FOR THE OLD YAHOO MAIL INTERFACE. IT IS INFURIATING THAT YOU ARE ALIENATING YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. THE REST OF THE WORLD HAS GONE TO GMAIL, WE HAVE STAYED BECAUSE WE PREFER THE OLD YAHOO INTERFACE AND NOW YOU'VE TAKEN THAT AWAY. BRING IT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

    I signed into my email and I was informed that my account style was changed to a new view.
    I am not happy!
    The new style is not intuitive to me an older user that has used Yahoo for decades.
    I am so disappointed in Yahoo's decision to act without consideration for people's choices and comfort.

    I DON'T WANT OR NEED THE NEW BLOCK AT THE UPPER RIGHT! WHY CAN'T I SEE ALL 4 EMAIL BOXES I MONITOR LIKE I USED TO? WHY CAN I NOT RESTORE PREVIOUS SETTINGS? WHY DO YOU THINK YOU KNOW WHAT I PREFER???

    The new set up is awful and I will not be using it. I will start changing all my emails to my GMail account.

    The new Yahoo Mail is not good.The old basic Yahoo Mail is 100 times better than the new Yahoo Mail!
    I HATE the new Yahoo e mail design. The old basic is a 5*****. We have to keep switching back and forth to ALL and Primary on the new Yahoo e mail is a bothersome task:( Please add Go Back button to choose Switch Back to the original basic e mail.
