I'm very unhappy that you removed the option to switch back to yahoo classic. Personally I prefer the classic version and cannot get used to the new one. Very unhappy.

I just wanted to say that I do not like the new email look at all, and did not ask for the change...which I can't even revert back to the old email look at this point. I will be changing all emails that come to this yahoo address to another email vendor. Its no a good look forcing changes on users. Very disappointed in an email service I have used for decades.

The new experience is terrible! The interface is horrible and looks like it was designed for an 80 year old. Text is far too big forcing more navigation, subjects and senders are cutoff, fewer emails on screen forcing more scrolling. Just harder to do everything. I can't believe you thought this was an improvement. Please bring the old one back or improve this disaster.

I think the best way to improve Yahoo mail is to stop forcing these "new ""improved"" " versions on it's users.
We don't want AI reading our emails, we don't want these boring, grey designs.

I didn't ask for this and I REALLY resent you forcing me into it without any prior notification. The "new" system is user hostile and would seem to indicate you hate your customers. I preferred the old system and your doing this to me makes me wonder if I should go elsewhere for my E-MAIL needs.

I get too many emails for the current look. I need to see more. I need it grouped by date. I need less "fluff" in the appearance. I need to be able to see all my folders. I'm visually oriented. This has really had a negative impact on my ability to organize. It's overstimulating at the same time. I don't know how anyone with sensory issues is going to adapt to this.

Why put offers, emails, newsletters and other **** in different categories. Why can't you leave everything as is, so I don't have look for stuff. You're not helping.

I don't understand why you force people to go to a newer look?! I was perfectly fine with the look that I've been using forever. Why can't you just let people choose to stay with something if they like it?! Sigh.......
