If the message below is really true, I'm done with Yahoo. I will check back in a few days and if I don't have the option to go back to the old style, I will forward all my mail to my Gmail account and only sign in to Yahoo often enough to keep that account active, until I can change all my emails over to Gmail.

The recently removed CLASSIC option is a sad change and Classic should be returned. The font choice of the mail boxes along with the sender ICONS are subpar additions not the desired look of long time account holders. Perhaps new accounts should be the only accounts restricted to the "new look". I wish I could change the appearance back.

This new layout sucks. I don't care about the ads... I care about the layout. The continuous scroll, instead of 25 emails per page. Allow us to opt out of what your developers think is great, and allow US to keep what WE think is great

The new Yahoo Mail is so ugly and confusing I have to spend minutes on end till I can find one mail if I don't confuse it immediately with some ad inserted among the incoming mails. It's so ugly and confusing I hate to open and use it. I'm thinking of leaving it but I still hopw you can restore it to the original format and design because that's why I stayed with yahoo in the first place. I hate the format of all the others. Now I hate the Yahoo's format too... it's horrible. Why do you feel the need to destroy everything good every now and then? These are not improvements - these are confusions... ugly and usless changes that only confuse people. Please restore the format and design

I am disappointed that you didn't take the time to make any changes to the new design ever since the new rollout last year. Based on some common themes I read on feedback forums, everything seems to be the same. For me personally, I absolutely LOATHE that both the email subject and first line of content are showing in the mail layout. It's too much clutter. I would base off the importance of opening or trashing emails based on just the email subjects/titles. If you're going to be persistent in keeping the new design, at least include the option to TURN OFF email content showing in the layout. If option does not show soon, I will be left with no choice but transferring over everything to my gmail because they have just the email subject show. Thanks and good luck.

Change for the sake of change isn't an improvement. Putting "cute" little icons next the the sender isn't any help.

Give instructions to change email back to the Basic Mail. Your New Yahoo Mail is too cumbersome.

I really cannot stand this new email and you have no support when I try to reach out. Last night I am pretty sure you anti virus add from Mcfee infected my computer I had to reset it due to pop ups I did not have before loging on to this new setup. Can I buy the old version I would pay to not use this.
