how about you stop screwing with what work(s)(ed), and not impede the classic visual profile by eliminating the "Go Back" button, eliminating visible subfolders, and impeding password protected excel sheets to be downloaded off of yahoo mail, and facilitate flat/bulk email download for posterity...

Absolutely HATE the new layout, prefer the old version. Unfortunately I do not have the option to go back to it. That is not good business practice.

I would DEFINITELY like to go back to the BASIC VERSION of YAHOO MAIL. Please provide the option to do so in the SETTINGS and do not change our email preferences WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. Thank you!

My idea is for you to go back to what it was before this upgrade. Other than that, tell me how to transfer my account to another email provider. You should all be fired.

HATE the new mail! The column for inboxes, etc, is too large and can't make it smaller. It then truncates the actual mail, which is the reason we have this account. I know the ad column is so large that it will make us buy ad-free, but it seriously takes up way too much real estate. I may have to just start using my g-mail account and drop Yahoo.

Please stop trying to push out yet another New Yahoo Mail -- it's ugly, a GMAIL want-to-be, and most importantly, a waste of time for loyal Yahoo Mail users, like me, who're switching to Gmail. Making "Switch to Basic Mail" not an option is low. Your Basic Mail has character without all the bells and whistles and cheap colors. It says Yahoo. Don't lose it.

give me the option to use the old mail box. this new one sucks! i hate it. hard to use and find stuff. i was trying to clean out some old emails and as i clicked on the boxes i accidentally clicked on the message. it completely wiped out all of the boxes i had previously checked. let me have the old one back. if not I'll just change all of mt stuff and use another email provider. thank you.

Hard to pick out the new emails because they ALL look the same except for the colored dots which doesn't help much. The previous version was better because the new emails were highlighted. NO option to change with the new version this time. Why does Yahoo keep messing with things that worked? Job security???

please let me switch back to the classic emails. I am used to navigating quickly through it. I don't like the new one is there an option to switch back. I am old with bad eyes. Thank you

Bring back the basic email view. The "new" yahoo mail sucks and isn't better or more user friendly.

You can improve it by offering (those of us who did not want to change) the option of reverting back to the basic view.
