You used to allow users the option to have the older inbox appearance. That option is now gone. Users should have the option to view their inbox in their desired format without AI and gratuitous ads everywhere. Basic functions like this should not be locked behind a paywall.

The 2013 version of the inbox had a lot more options for customization, which let us have an inbox that was comfortable to use.

I strongly prefer the previous Yahoo Mail desktop interface. My other Yahoo account still has the old interface, but this account was automatically changed to New Yahoo Mail and there is no “Go Back” or “Switch to Basic Mail” option. Please restore the old Yahoo Mail or Basic Mail option for users who prefer it.

The new version is too busy that's why like yahoo before. Now it's overwhelming and too busy with contact letters and everything looks bold and it's just too much. I want the classic version back.

I do not like how it looks, I do not like the "streak" feature, I do not find it easier to use, it is ugly. I liked how it used to look, it was the only mail service I used that stayed how I liked it. Please put it back.

This world is hard enough. In our own homes and on our own PC, we should have some kind of control over how WE WANT IT TO BE. How many times & in how many ways can I say how much I Hate this new format. I can't delete more than one message at a time. I can't read entire newsletters without reducing them so much I can barely see them.I pay for this "service" and I don't have a choice which format I get to use???? Yahoo SUCKS!!!

This world is full of enough changes, sometimes things like our email we do not want changed. Change is not always good. I personally hate the new look of my email. I have enough on my plate in this life than constant changes that are out of my control. Making things simple would be a change I would agree with

Quit ******* changing ****. Go back to the old layout. It worked just fine. There was nothing wrong with it. The new layout is horrible. The rounded corners suck. The appearance is unappealing. You changed something that did not need to be changed.

You know you CAN give the option to go back to the old e-mail. Why do you feel the need to copy Gmail? If I wanted Gmail, I'd use Gmail.
