Old vs New
Why don't we get a say-so in the format we get? It's our email, we're the one dealing with it everyday. I do not like the 'new' and as a customer who has had this email for over 2 decades, I feel I should have the say as to which one I have. Some people don't have to 'keep up' with society. We like it plain and simple.
