this version of Yahoo is awful. Please bring back Basic Mail. Thank you.

I have real difficulty with the new version - Please, please restore basic email to my account and STOP changing it

I do not like this format it is not something I would like to continue. As before you should post instructions for your customers to be able to revert back to the standard format.

This new Yahoo-Mail is bad, it has very bad design, and UI feeling is terrible. From this day there is no chance to bring back the old one. Meke that possible, please. We do not want to go to the Google.

Where is the option to go back to old Yahoo Classic View?

I want the classic view. The new view is hard to read your emails

I use Yahoo mail for the past i don't know 26 years because it was simple. the layout worked and now this is a mess. I'm not sure if I need to drop it entirely or what. I do not like this at all!. Signed A grumpy old person

I am desperately trying to get the BASIC e-mail back, this new email layout does not work on my computer, it doesn't allow me to send myself pictures from my phone, it does not allow me to select 25 messages at a time to delete and it is deleting random messages. PLEASE, PLEASE help, I cannot use the new e-mail, I beg you to allow me to have BASIC e-mail back.

Please go back to the mail program used on 09/07/2026, the new one that instantly appeared on 09/08/2026 is 100% terrible. The extremely bright white screen causes you to not be able to see the emails and determine if there new or not and it is same for switching to the black screen, also can't determine status of e-mails. The set up of the screen is terrible, you can't see anything when opening emails as the width is tiny, to the right is now completely ads, and most of all there is no way to go back to the previous version of the e-mail and the browser. This verison is awful, return to the previous version please!!!!!!!!!!

We should have the option to return to Classic. The New interface is awful. It reminds me of Gmail. I want my account back!

The new email is ugly and clearly designed by someone who has never been a human. This is so ugly and hard to read. Why can we not return to classic? You make the rules so your sorrys are lies. Change it back from this ugly garbage and get a refund from whoever designed this.

Gives us the option to revert back to classic view. This new view we're forced to use is not only visually ugly it's also clunky to use. Give us the users the option to choose. Forcing us to use this new UI is awful.

The new Yahoo Mail is slow, clunky, and unresponsive. Its layout is poorly optimized, with excessive empty space between sections and too many sections crammed into a single screen. It is a vastly inferior product compared to Yahoo Mail Basic. Where is the option to switch back to Yahoo Mail Basic? Please restore the ability to revert to the basic version.

Let us be able to have the old version. I've used it for nearly 20 years, it worked just fine. I used yahoo because I hate how gmail and other services look. They're an eyesore and now yahoo looks the same as them. It's annoying and makes me think about looking at other mail services.

I HATE THIS NEW EMAIL SETUP!!! GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT WITH IN PAGES. I DONT WANT TO CLICK ON EVERY EMAIL SEPERATLY AND I DONT WANT TO DELET ALL AT THE SAME TIME. I WANT PAGE ONE THRU PAGE FOUR TO SEE AND DECIDE WHAT TO READ OR JUST DELET!!!!!!!

Please bring back the old layout where I had to option to "select all" emails on a page and delete them before moving to the next page. I have thousands of emails to go through, and now I have to delete them one by one. I hate this layout!

I don't understand why you want user's POV since you still force "improvements" on me while also taking away the option of going back to previous, perfectly functional version.

I just got New Mail today and I absolutely hate it. The icons to the left of the emails adds too clutter to the page and the page keeps defaulting to the Primary tab - WTF!!! Also, it was easier in Old Mail to select an email and then hit the drop down to select the folder to save to. Quit fixing what isn't broken. I'd like the ability to revert to the old mail version.
