the new yahoo mail is a joke. the windows are so small that I CANNOT EVEN READ A SINGLE EMAIL WITHOUT MOVING THE CURSOR TO THE UP AND DOWN SCROLL BARS AND RIGHT AND LEFT SCROLL BARS. who on earth came up with this idea to make using yahoo mail DIFFICULT AND FRUSTRATING???????????????????????????????????????????? IT IS TERRIBLE TERRILE TERRIBLE

HATE the look Miss OLD Classic Mail so Does Everyone I know Over 50.. WHY changed visualization of the box...

I cannot stand this new view I can barely see anything no matter what I choose. I need the old classic basic view back. Please restore that option. I've used this account since like 1999 or 2000, please don't make me have to switch to a different email after all this time. I want to keep using yahoo but this new view is unusable.

I REALLY DON'T LIKE IT. IT IS NOT EASY TO USE IT.

I WANT TO GO BACK TO THE BASIC MAIL.

This new Yahoo Mail sucks, makes everything hard to read. It's a shame you do this to senior citizens who are looking for emails from medical providers etc. I am looking at other options besides Yahoo mail....hate cannot even describe how I feel about it. It's really a shame since I have this email address since the late 1990's.

It used to be I could see all of my yahoo mail addresses on the left and switch between them seamlessly. Now they're buried under a bunch of dropdowns and I have to continually **ATTEMPT** to log into them.

But no matter how often I change the password, it always comes back 'incorrect password' the very next time I am forced to sign in. And when I ask it to text a verification number it does nothing but force me to wait 60 seconds to re-send, fail, wait, re-send, fail, wait.

Yahoo mail has become absolute trash. If I didn't have to change nine thousand website registrations to get rid of it I sure as **** would!

Not sure, but I believe there are a number of users who want the old version made available for those who DO NOT like or need the new version!

Sometime you think change is necessary...I have had my yahoo account since i was a child and now that I am over 50 you are making a change that is not improving more anyone in my generation. DO NOT EVER CHANGE without asking prompting or giving options to continue with the basic view we have become accustomed too.
Terrible Idea by whoever made this decision.

give us the option to use old email. It was easier to use. The new version takes twice as many clicks and scrolls and makes no sense.

Return Old Yahoo Mail option to my account

Hiding settings in a More . . . link under 'email - Files' is not finder friendly, same for hiding the Calendar link in a More . . .

My email switched again to this new email version. WTH!!!! i can't find my emails and it's more difficult for me to navigate. I'm disabled, please switch it back!!!!!!

How do I go back to the old classic/basic email???

This morning the inbox was fine - now - It has been changed and I DID NOT REQUEST THIS!! Please put it back the way it was. Those of us that used that version tried your new one and DID NOT like it. You force your possible clients. Just because you like it doesn't mean everyone does. I (and others) want the previous version!

What shocks me the most is that someone in a decision making position looked at this interface and thought it was better than the old one. Is Stevie Wonder working in Yahoo IT? This interface is the worst. Good luck easily differentiating between read and unread email.

The new Yahoo mail takes up too much memory on my computer and is harder to navigate. Everything is white, and the pop ups are annoying. I don't like the endless scroll. Give us the option to go back, please.
