Welcome. How can we improve the New Yahoo Mail?

everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

    I realize this is free, but the classic look is much better than this new pseudo outlook look. Get ready for a barrage of complaints.

    Where is the option in my settings? I hate your layout and want Basic Mail back. Please advise...

    If I go to "settings" it will not let me change this back to basic mail. Please help

    Bring back the option to return to the old version of Yahoo Mail. I miss the simplicity of the layout, and it was just easier to use in general.

    I HATE this new email, let me go back to the old. I can't even just delete shitmail, I can see how you want to be able to sell upgrades to block the **** spam. I'm on the verge of leaving yahoo mail after having it for many, many years.

    Please HELP, this SUCKS!

    I used to have multiple email addresses here, both ymail and gmail. Now it appears that my setup is totally gone. So much for being organized! Ill switch everything from ymail to other platforms and close my account.

    Classic Yahoo Mail was by far the best. Basic Mail was Ok. New Yahoo Mail is awful!!! Please go back to Classic Yahoo Mail - it displayed so much more info, and had so many better placed controls. It's just unbelievable how you could change it to the lousy New Yahoo Mail. It's like making change for the sake of change, and "improving" something until it's completely worthless, a la Norton Anti-Virus (improved until totally useless). Return to Classic Yahoo Mail, or put button so people can select to use Classic Mail, and if that's not possible then at least have Basic Mail selection button.

    My idea is that Yahoo give customers the option to choose Basic, Classic or New Yahoo Mail. This new Yahoo Mail is beyond difficult to navigate. I can't find my folders. The "Assistant" is NOT helpful at all. I'm disappointed since I have been a Yahoo customer since the beginning. You did not give any warning this new Yahoo Mail would completely replace the basic yahoo mail. Terrible roll out!

    CHANGE IT BACK TO THE OLD WAY. WHY MAKE IT HARDER TO USE. I AM IN IT AND THIS IS THE WORSE EMAIL WE USE IN OUR COMPANY!!

    I hate this new e-mail format which I was forced into. Whenever I go into email, all my emails do not show. It jumps into stupid categories I do not want: Primary, Offers, Social, etc. I just want simple. Not evry change is benefical.

    The classic, simple yahoo was perfect. East to manage. I have 4 inboxes on it. I could see them and switch seamlessly between them. And I could see at a glance which one has new mail. Now that is buried, so I have to dig through to switch inboxes. Also the menus options are unnecessarily complicated compared to the classic view. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
