TERRIBLE! THIS EMAIL IS SO AWFUL, THAT AFTER 20 YEARS OF USING YAHOO I MIGHT JUST LEAVE. THEY DON'T LET YOU TOGGLE BACK TO CLASSIC. Hey! all advertisers that pay for ads with Yahoo. I no longer look at my yahoo mail from the Yahoo site. I check my email from "Outlook". Yahoo mail format is SSOOOOOOO ****** I will not use it anymore and therefore will not see any ads that you pay Yahoo for me to see. GET RID OF YAHOO!!

Hate the (Improved) New Yahoo mail! The message area has the least real estate on the screen. Have to scroll side to side and up and down to read messages. I'm here to read mail, not be entertained or sold something. Multiple steps now require to access other mailboxes! Will be moving to Protonmail as they seem to really care about the customer experience!

Too bad "Format" isn't one of you subject categories! Just shows your lack of understanding as to why users are actually using email.

I hate the new look. Hate that the list of folders pops up in the middle of the screen. BRING BACK THE CLASSIC FORMAT NOW. NOBODY ASKED FOR THIS.

It is very hard to distinguish between the emails. Also everything moves when you open or close the emails and I have to go looking for the one I want. I also want all of my emails to show. It switches over to Primary which also causes confusion when I am looking for an email or want to see what I have when I open up my mailbox.

Most users hate the new view. Why do you force us to use it. Even Coca Cola went back to their classic version. I want to remove the right side pane that has star, contacts, etc. icons. It is wasted space and cramps my center view. I've been a user for at least the past 26 years. Only old people use yahoo. Why try to modernize now.

you have decided to "update". I think of it as ********. The guy that updates needs to show you how much you need to "update" the inbox. Why? it works. Now I don't see things that I had in the past and have to figure out basic functions that were labeled in english words like "delete" or Spam. or Archive. Now I have a child's drawing showing me what used to have words to describe the button. Your update sucks. I have removed my app from my phone for the same reason. Awful. I will take my business to your competition and update my email with them. tell your ad sponsors the reason why they don't see my account anymore.
