Welcome. How can we improve the New Yahoo Mail?

Go back to previous layout

everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

    I hate the new Yahoo, it is not user friendly and it reminds me of Gmail which I canceled. I will be searching for another platform to use.

    I hate the new format, I told you that when you tried it awhile back and I'm saying the same thing again. It must have worked for a large number of people who want it back or you wouldn't have the comment about the "Go Back" button at the very top of the page. Surely, the masses have spoken and we want the old format back.

    Would like the option to go back to yahoo basic/classic. I do not like the new format.

    Please give me the option to return to the old Mail option. I hate the new one. Stop changing it unless I chose it!

    There is no way to contact you. Please give me my old email format back. You changed it about a week ago and I've been trying ever since to get it back.

    I am having a difficult time viewing and sorting my email with the new layout. I don't feel as if the interface is very intuitive and has made simple tasks more complex.

    I hate the new experience. I do not see a go back button so I will just turn this into my junk mail box and move on.

    It sucks with the navigation. DO i have a new email? Do i have a new spam message? i don't know. the new format sucks.

    Please give us the choice to go back to the old format because the new one is so ugly and confusing that some of us can't stand it. Ugly colours, ugly fonts, ugly format... everything is ugly. We loved the previous one - no need to improve on perfect. That was perfect. This one is superlative of ugly and confusing. How is it possible to destroy something in so short a time?! PLease let us go back to the previous format

    The "New" Yahoo Email just plain sucks. Please give me the option to go back to the original version. This is just crapola layered upon crapola and makes it harder to use what is supposed to be a simple webmail format.
