everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

Please restore the GB capacity data. I cannot find it in your "new" Mail. You want people to monitor their capacity use, and you delete this information. Only a mind of a geek could do this,

I have had a Yahoo email account for nearly 30 years, and I have now been forced to switch to the new email view. Unfortunately, I find the new interface extremely frustrating and difficult to use. The design, with the entire screen appearing either all white or all black, makes it difficult to distinguish between different sections of the application. There should be a clearer visual separation between individual emails, the email list, and the navigation panel. The classic view provided a much better user experience and was far easier to navigate. What is most disappointing is that I no longer have the option to return to the Classic view, despite previously being given that choice. After being a loyal Yahoo Mail user for so many years, I would expect some consideration for long-time customers who prefer the interface they have used comfortably for decades. I genuinely cannot stand the new email view, and being forced to use it has significantly diminished my experience with Yahoo Mail. If the Classic view cannot be restored or if additional customization options are not made available, I will likely begin exploring other email service providers. The current interface is simply too frustrating for everyday use. I strongly encourage Yahoo to reconsider removing the Classic view or, at the very least, provide users with more display and customization options to make the experience more user-friendly.

This is awful. Do the people that work on this even use email? my guess would be no they don't.

I hate the new layout. I was on hold for 45 minutes to speak to someone. She told me under settings I should have an option to go back to the old version. For some reason I don't have that option. If anyone know how to change it back, please post instructions.

I do not like the change to the new mandatory yahoo mailbox. I liked the old mailbox so much better.

I hate the new look and feel of yahoo so much that I am probably going to stop using yahoo alltogether after roughly 30 years of having a yahoo account. I want the classic inbox back and if I can't have it back, I will be dropping yahoo. It is up to you.

I have been using yahoo mail for 30 years, and got to tell you. I absolutely HATE New Yahoo Mail! It is terrible. I am panicking that you are not even giving the option to go back to old yahoo mail. Please RESTORE this option. I hate the layout of the new yahoo. Absolutely hate it. At least make it look like the old mail layout. The new mail under ALL tab looks like a run-on sentence. No separation of Day and date. Just one big pile of yeah just terrible. RESTORE old YAHOO option please.

Do not change a user's yahoo mail version without asking first if they want to change?
Change my version back to the version I had on Aug 18, 2026 before someone without asking changed my email address version to a version I HATE. How do I contact the main person of the group that changed my email version WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST AND THEN TOOK AWAY MY OPTION TO SWITCH BACK TO WHAT I HAD AND LIKED - I HATE THIS VERSION 100% AND YAHOO MAIL TOTALLY FOR DOING THIS TO ME -

Your new format presentation is too busy and obnoxious to wade through. Provide a link to return to the legacy presentation. I may need to depend more on my google email account.

PLEASE PUT MY OLD MAIL BACK! I HATE THIS! It's far too busy, and now the ads look like the rest of the email, and so accidentally get opened. It takes me at least 3 times longer to go through my mail now. What happened to the neat, clean look? THIS IS NOT AN IMPROVEMENT! At least not for me.

This is the 5th time mail automatically changed to the new Yahoo and I do NOT want that version. In the past I was able to switch back but cannot find that feature in settings. Please tell me how to switch back to the old version. Thank you.

There was no need to change. No one cares about stupid achievements from logging in daily.
How can you ***** up such a simple basic utility?

with the new look, we lost two small features but both important. when reading or replying to an email, you cannot automatically see who is included in the To, CC or BCC, now you have to click on the number, this just slows things down. second, when attaching an image to an email, the feature to attach the image to the email is gone, now the image is in the body of the email. again , why are going backwards on features

Go back to the old color scheme and breaking inbox messages by date received. Or tell me how I can go back to old version.
