I am an 83 year old attorney who has used Yahoo email for years. I find that at my age it is extremely difficult to maintain my practice when I have to learn a new email program. Please allow me to switch back to my previous email.

Really hates the new supposed uncluttered clean look of the new yahoo mail! I worked a long time on getting my former set up to look how I wanted it to look and now that is taken away from folks. Ugh, Yahoo Mail is the pits now. :(

Please bring back the option to use the old Yahoo Mail. The problem is not only the colors. The old version had a much clearer and more practical layout. Emails were easier to read and organize, and folders such as Spam, Trash, Sent and my custom folders were clearly visible and easy to access on the left side.

In the new version, navigation is confusing, folders are harder to find, and the overall layout is much less convenient. Please allow users to switch back to the previous Yahoo Mail interface.

Fire the IDIOT who is responsible for that garbage!!!

Dear Yahoo mail team,

Please stop experimenting with the appearance of the Yahoo email. As a 25+ years customer I haven't come across a better appearance and layout that Yahoo mail has. You keep trying to renew it. Why? Did you conduct any survey to know what customers want? I actively use Yahoo mail because I like this appearance. I have business emails and want to make it clear that switching to various layouts is easy for me, in case it is good enough. The previous one is the best and the most comfortable appearance out of all emails I have. Please switch back to basics, to old appearnce of Yahoo Mail

Every time you change it, everybody moves back to the old email because it's better. I can't find the control to change it back this time, can anyone find it?

Hi. I hate the new layout. I'm sure you've put thought into it, but it's horrible for my actual use. PLEASE let me change it back to the way it was. There's no reason for you to change it dramatically like this. I use my email a lot, and this feels like someone broke into my house to redecorate it according to their tastes, not mine.

I never do like your updates and this one is worse than any of them. I did not want to be switched over to the new one, but yet, somehow here I am. I'm not happy with it and each update I like less and less. I'm about to find a new email system when I've been with Yahoo for years now.

go back to the old version if it not broke dont fix it

Please give users the option of using basic yahoo. This is important to users who are not fully computer literate. This new version is very difficult to use, please allow me to use the basic version again. Thank you.

The new layout is not an improvement. The classic layout was much more organized and convenient. Especially removing the indentured folder view on the left side. Now it is just much less organized and hard to use email.

Please at least give me an option to return to the classic look.

Stop leave the old format with Yahoo alone!
