FIX THIS TECHNICAL PROBLEM ON NEW YAHOO EMAIL!
URGENT TECHNICAL PROBLEM: Yahoo mail recently changed the mail format and it has a serious technical problem. My new emails go into my Unread folder but NOT in my Inbox. I cannot move them to my Inbox. When I read them, they disappear entirely from my mail, so I cannot Save them, because they are GONE! I've tried repeatedly to contact @YahooCare on X but they ignore my messages! I sent print screens that I shared in a Private Message, but YahooCare will NOT respond! THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BY YAHOO'S TECHNICAL TEAM! The new Yahoo Mail is a FAILURE!
