Send Tips In Email or a Guide to Save
Hi Yahoo ~ I was upset and complaining about the NEW Yahoo Mail all day yesterday. I got my flu & covid shot and took a break from trying to figure it out. Late last night I tried again and followed some of your tips above and found my folders, revised the look of my screen and now I actually think I like it better than basic or classic. Maybe (just an idea) send an email with TIPS or a SIMPLE to Read Guide at the scroll bar (or, your chat box which was useless) for people who are complaining and super frustrated. The roll out was non-existent and that could have been done before you gave us this NEW Yahoo Mail instead of just changing it.
