Seriously, the current display of an email thread is the dumbest thing ever. You jump the chronology around. I start with oldest, shows some nested, then jumps to the most recent and then proceeds to show more nested. Like, wtf am I even looking at? It is SO confusing and is UNBELIEVABLY frustrating to receive content that's threaded here. It shouldn't be hard. Oldest at the bottom of the thread, newest at top - maybe even offer the choice. No break in chronology. Ideally, don't duplicate. And for the love of god, don't show nested content indented like Microsoft - a decent thread with replies starts to become unreadable past the second nested response.

And if it's an option in settings, I'm too dumb to find it - which would be a separate point of feedback. But I've looked. I hate it SO much I'm considering moving my mail, which is a hassle in and of itself.
