The single biggest improvement you could make to the new email (other than providing a way to go back to the old one) would be to provide page-based folders vs. the single page "load as you scroll" system you have. In the old e-mail, if I wanted to go to the bottom of the list, it was simple. Now I have to s-l-o-w-l-y scroll through 10,000 messages if I want to pull up something old. NOT good!!!! The BEST option would be to allow pages but also provide a "go to page #" option to make it easier if I want to skip a few hundred pages but not go all the way to the bottom. Another reason pages are superior: culling spam! When I check my e-mail after a weekend, I can easily have 150+ messages awaiting me, and 95% or more are spam I wish to delete. With page-based e-mail, I can "select all" and then unselect the one or two I want to keep, delete the rest, and repeat a couple of times. I can't do that now, because "select all" grabs my entire inbox - not just the most recent 50 messages. So I have to delete them ONE BY ONE - this is NOT progress. Sticking ads in the middle of my inbox does nothing but make me angry. If you MUST include ads, please leave them off to the side - don't insert them into my message list. While I can see message threading as being potentially helpful in some situations, please make it easy to turn off, and please make it easy to remove the message history when replying. I often use "reply" to start a new, unrelated conversation (it's quicker and easier than composing a new e-mail) and don't want any ties to prior content.

Those of us that have been loyal users for 30 plus years deserve to be able to switch back to classic easy to view & use mail.

Why in heck did you change the inbox, looks like a child designed this, bring back the old or create something that is for an adult not a 5 year old or at least take a lesson from gmail . I'd fire the person who designed this. It's a joke of a email now.

Give us the option to return to the NORMAL email setup. Not everyone wanted this change. You got a bunch of bored people over at Yahoo forcing unwanted change on all of us. You guys have tried this multiple times & now you have removed the option to keep the normal email. You seem **** bent on just ******* people off. We don't want it; we don't need it & we didn't ask for it. You have ruined what should have be a simple email experience and turned it into a full on unappealing, difficult to navigate clusterfu@k !! I WANT THE CHOICE TO GO BACK!!

First, this new upgrade prevents me from logging out, it's a major security liability. You need to listen! Please just switch me back to yahoo basic, I don't need this frustrating updates that don't work for me. This REALLY don't work!

For some accounts, this added level of security makes sense. For others, like me, it does not.

Keep the classic view on yahoo mail. It is 100% the main reason I have kept my Yahoo Mail for this many years and have not fully switched to Google Mail or Proton Mail. If I can't get my default view back, I will be forced to switch to Proton Mail because the modern views make it difficult to navigate and scan through a normal inbox. it is not user friendly. its all jumbled together and overwhelming for the eyes to see. Constant ads being flashed in the right hand column. always have to press "All" because its stuck on Primary and you do not see the newer emails. you can't check a box off or star a box unless you are in "All" mode. The delete, forward, mark as unread, etc does not pop up unless you click the box....not making it visible like the older version. It just is horrible. Why change something that people like. bring back the old version and let it be. Now i know why people are starting to walk away from Yahoo....way too many versions updated that is not compatible to what users prefer

I want a way back to the last email version, this new one is stupid and ugly!!

I have had my Yahoo mailbox for over 20 years. Every day I get about 100 emails that are immediately routed to trash. The sweet spot for clicking the select box on a message i so small, it is easy to click in the wrong spot. If I have selected 50 messages for deletion, and I click in the wrong place on the next one, it clears all of my selections. The new interface also locks up on Chrome. I have to frequently reload the page to unfreeze it.

Your newest yahoo mail is the worst yet. Emails disappear. NO they do not move to inbox or archive or trash or spam or any created new folder. I looked. You just blow them away after they are read.
You deleted some contacts when you forced the new email on us.
There is no ease of moving around. The settings are incomplete and way to limited.
The look is too busy.
The functionality is now non existent and what is there is convoluted and to hard to use.
I have started moving my email to a different email provider.
This is no good. I will check back periodically to see if we can go back to yahoo but I
won't use this P O S.

Stop changing everything and bring back the OLD CLASSIC Yahoo mail format. I did not want it to change and I hate the new format with a flaming passion. Quit it. Stop changing everything. And STOP making it hard to give feeback by having to SIGN IN again, and agree to terms that nobody ever reads. Now we'll see how bad this messes up my account as you retaliate for me giving negative feedback.

Stop updating the Email home look!!! Nobody ever said ooooo WOW that was a good idea... Leave it ALONE!!
