everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

    Give people the ability to go back to the clasic yahoo mail. The new yahoo email is not friendly. the Clasic yahoo email was just about perfect. Why do you let poor programmers/designers bring poor quality "new" yahoo mail online. It is not a step forward. New Yahoo email is pretty much bad yahoo email. Please please bring back clasic yahoo email.

    Please give users the option to go back to the old Yahoo email. Your new user interface is beyond awful. If this doesn't improve, I'm going to have to go to Gmail as my primary email application

    Just go back to normal. I am thinking about not using my decades old main email. Do not send notifications, do not send random pop-up advertisements. This is really terrible. I do not want to click multiple times to say i do not want notifications. I do not want to keep my streak alive. This is not a game, you are ruining a well-run email service.

    This new E Mail Platform is Terrible. Didn't ask for it and hate it. 90% of the time I can't delete mail and have to get off and on numerous times before I can. I hate it, bring back my old E Mail.

    Can there be an option to go back to the old mail version? This one is not very user friendly.

    When I open emails, the senders address is not visible. Easy way to get hacked.

    BRING BACK THE OLD EMAIL!!!!!!!

    go back to old email format.
    this is beyond horrible. beyond horrible. awful. miserable. soooooo difficult to read and manage.
    pls give users the choice. if there is a choice, i dont see it.

    and it makes me strongly consider ditching yahoo altogether.

    This has got to be one of the dumbest marketing decisions I have ever seen. FORCING long-time customers to use the new version of Yahoo Mail. It is so BAD!! The visuals are horrible: layout, functionality, and the distracting ad box displaying worthless upgrades. NO ONE LIKES THE NEW VERSION!!! Quit being hard-headed, and actually listen to your customers' feedback and allow the switch back!

    Yahoo switched my email to the new version 1 week ago. I keep trying to use it but my computer is old, 2009, and it doesn’t support this new version. It keeps freezing and I keep clearing cache, closing and reopening my email and restarting my computer. It doesn’t matter what I do or which browser I use, it doesn’t work like it was with basic mail. I don’t have the option under setting to switch back. I am old and cannot purchase another computer, I just need yahoo to give me the option to switch back to basic mail in my settings. I really need my email which I would access everyday, many times a day for doctors, hospitals and all my business. Please, I really need to switch back to basic mail due to old and slow laptop, freezing and my connection isn’t great with what I have. Please, add to my settings, I knew my computer would support this new version and I don’t know what else to do. Chat said maybe this would be an option sending feedback to get the basic version added back to my account. I have had this email for years and I am old and really would like it back so I can use it. Since clearing cache, restarting my computer doesn’t work. Today, I couldn’t even check the boxes to delete emails. I just get the ‘little hand’ that doesn’t do anything. I had a friend come over with her laptop and she didn’t have a problem on my wifi and accessing my email, however, I can’t have her come over all the time and I can’t buy a new laptop due to old and on a fixed income. I try to get her here so I can access some emails, but please help me by giving me the access to switch back to basic mail. Please, please add this to switch in my settings to get back to basic mail. I am so sad and lost without this. I have been trying, please help me. This is too frustrating. Thank you.
