Subject: Urgent – Yahoo Mail Temporary Error 15 – Unable to access existing emails
Since October 19, 2026, I have been unable to access my Yahoo Mail messages.
The web version displays "Temporary Error: 15", while the official mobile app shows empty Inbox and Sent folders despite displaying message counts.
The issue occurs across multiple devices and internet connections. Other Yahoo Mail accounts work normally.
My mailbox is 98% full, but approximately 300 MB of storage remains available.
I can successfully sign in and access my account security settings.
Please investigate this account-specific issue and restore access to my existing emails without data loss.
I have already contacted the Yahoo virtual assistant, but human technical support was unavailable.
