Bring back ability to block senders in the spam folder instead of the inbox folder

The block button in the spam folder didn't actually do anything. If you get spam in your Inbox, please mark it as spam. If those emails are already going to your Spam folder, then the process is working. This is the process for all email clients. Thanks.
