bubbles are bad
Your new design of bubbles are bad. It is difficult to read. It does not promote a professional look. I am extremely disappointed in the new design. So many of my very important emails went to spam. I have one account that I use for professional/office purposes, and I will have to leave you for a Gmail account. In addition, I will pay for the Gmail account because at least they provide a professional look to the email that doesn't look like silly bubbles. This is serious and BTW I am a medical professional and do not appreciate the changes you made.
