Bring back the classic Yahoo Mail setting and let users decide for themselves.
The new Yahoo Mail interface is absolutely awful. It is visually unappealing, unnecessarily cluttered, and incredibly frustrating to navigate and scroll through. What makes this even more infuriating is Yahoo's decision to completely remove the option to switch back to the classic layout. Why take away a feature that allowed users to choose an interface they actually enjoyed and were comfortable using?
Not every change is an improvement, and this redesign is a perfect example of fixing something that wasn't broken. Forcing users into an unwanted interface with absolutely no option to revert back is both arrogant and completely dismissive of user preferences. Customization and accessibility should be priorities, not afterthoughts.
It's incredibly disappointing that a company with Yahoo's resources and capabilities can't manage to offer something as basic as a choice between the classic and updated layouts. Instead of improving the user experience, you've made it unnecessarily irritating and unpleasant.
Bring back the classic Yahoo Mail setting and let users decide for themselves. Stop forcing changes on people and calling them improvements when they clearly make the experience worse. This is a massive step backward, and I am thoroughly disappointed.
