Inbox appearance changes needed: (1) Tried different settings, but useable screen space to view email body limited to about 30% of screen size on standard 15" laptop. Prior mail settings allowed for significantly more space on same screen. There is a significant amount of white space on the top half of the screen that could be better utilized. (2) Provide ability to turn off the distracting small icons/images that precede the email address of the sender. These distract from ability to quickly scan the useful information in the inbox. (3) Improve the clarity to easily see read vs unread mail. The use of the icons with bright colors (etc.) distracts from quickly being able to see read emails inter-mixed with unread without having to click the "unread" filter button. (4) While inbox challenge notifications can be turned off, please provide a button to turn off challenges altogether. I use my game consoles for "games" I do not need this in my paid email subscription.
