Restore and maintain the sophistication of the search feature by enabling searches with greater combinations of search criteria
With previous versions of Yahoo Mail, it was possible to search for messages with a combination of more criteria than it is with the new version.
For example, one could search the inbox and all folders or just the messages in one particular folder for messages which contain the name "Philadelphia" AND which have a subject that contains the name "Pennsylvania" AND which were sent in the year 2025 AND which have an attachment.
I suggest that every new version of Yahoo Mail have a search feature which can do this: which is to say, that every new version have a search feature which is at least as sophisticated as the search features of all previous versions.
