placement of left side "panels" or "pallets" of lists in newest version of yahoo

RE: Yahoo mail choice/option of moving or placing left side "panels" or "pallets" of lists
Attn: IT / design staff members
The moving or placing left side "panels" or "pallets" of lists is needed for quicker reference of synced emails.
I recommend the ability of moving the list of synced email anywhere on the left verses having it "locked" in place down at the lower left now (like a foot note) in this newest email version. (the classic version it/they was/were located at upper left which made sense as a it was placed like a "header" or "title".)
Why? because I have multi-synced-emails and I need to have the ability to look quickly over to see which email I have as "open or active" since I'm going in and out of them frequently dealing with various senders. Current drop-down feature could be left like as it is now, but synced email PERSONAL placement ability is highly recommended-requested.
Consider this: a "book" has the MAIN tile on the outside (for and quick reference) and chapter lists (email categories) of themes within.
The classic yahoo mail followed this theme layout, but newest layout has inverted the book concept by placing the chapter themes as priority (outside the book) and putting the main title inside or like a foot note making it harder to know which topic(email) is being viewed when viewing so many messages in different emails from various senders.
Thanks for your time.
I look forward to the implementation of this suggested concept!
Cheers!
