News feeds don't update.
I've had CNN News and NBC news on My Yahoo homepage, but the headlines/stories listed haven't changed. The news isn't current. Please check on this.

All the stories are from FOX news, which is not news. Please balance the stories.
All the stories are from FOX news, which is not news. Please balance the stories. The ratio seems to be about 10 FOX stories to one from some other source, including Cosmopolitan or SheKnows.

Please take SALON off of my front-page news feed.
My idea is that Salon is completely untrustworthy, filled with biased hatred, and it has no place on my News feed. Yahoo should know better.

Define what you mean by "News".
Practice traditional journalism. A practice that provides facts that are not scant, "cherry picked" or less in value to the consumer of information. I see no negative stories that parallel images of Antifa acting as domestic terrorists, BLM embezzlement of federal funding, Hunter Biden acting as a foreign agent for personal gain and undermining national security, the unrestricted influx of undocumented immigrants, or the unbridled printing of U.S. currency affecting the devaluation of the U.S. dollar. I don't care about Royals'/Kardashian drama (celebrity gossip). I don't care about Hunter Biden's depraved hedonisms. I only care about events as they unfold…

Viewing comments on your comments...
Not an idea, but an apparent bug...
In the last couple of weeks, whenever I've received a notification that someone has replied to a comment, and I attempt to launch to that comment, Yahoo will MOMENTARILY display that exact thread (for ~ less than a second), then immediately jump to the very beginning of the thread.
I.e., it just "flashes" the thread of messages/replies associated with the notification, but ill not stay on that thread.
This happens in both Chrome and Firefox.
I'm using Chrome Version 108.0.5359.126 (Official Build) (64-bit)
and Firefox 108.0.2 (64-bit)178th ranked -

Since you have stopped allowing commenting on news articles, instead you should allow readers to simply rate the article without comments.
Yahoo, you should be in touch with what readers think of your articles. If you don't want commenting, you should at least allow readers to give you their opinions on the accuracy or quality of the articles. You could have several kinds of opinion categories, or just let readers send you comments that are for your info only. Just so you know how people are reacting to your news articles. I see some good ones, and some really dumb ones. I'd think you'd want to know how you're doing.

You should change "Yahoo News" to "Yahoo Propoganda" since you are not accepting comments on any of your writer's pieces of fiction.
You don't want to receive any rebuttals that invalidate your points. The People's Rep of China do this. 3/4 of this country do not believe any of what you have to try to sell to us as news. You are cowards.

Stop promoting the Covid-19 🐂 $#!t news
Stop promoting the Covid-19 🐂 $#!t news.
Fake numbers are not evidence. Prove what you report about the fake virus.
For example, if you work in DC and you're a politician you don't have to wear the mask. But if you work somewhere else you do. That's what the Mayor of DC said. What? How does she know who has the "deadly" virus or not?
A "real" deadly virus does not discriminate whether or not your politician. If you're infected with a real deadly virus, you'll know it.
Do the world a favor and report the "truth" by exposing medical…

How about making the comments and responses section available...
Every other news or feature site has a comments and response section available to readers at the end of the article...can't seem to access one on Yahoo News...

Get your sex crazed people to put real news on the home page rather than who showed their butt where
Get your sex crazed people to put real news on the home page rather than who showed their butt where. You people are sickening us all with that ****. You also need to fix the sign in, it starts on one application then switches to another. You have to type your email twice.

US news
US news should provide US news. The first twelve stories should not be Reuters foreign news or stories about cricket. Foreign news goes in the foreign news category.

Why does the news feed have so many stories of celebs in teeny bikinis? This is not news.
I would appreciate a leaner news feed--like mostly news!

Stop being so biased with your news postings! You are so far left it is sickening! Your news is totally in favor of Democrat ideology !
Stop being biased with your "news" postings...it is more left propaganda! Hunter biden is a crook along with his Big Guy and we all know it, so stop the B.S. for a change and do some investigating reporting. Case in point is the "Russian Hoax" you left wing "news" agencies peddled for years!! ******* gets old seeing very little true journalism from Yahoo!

Can no longer use Yahoo with my students; quit the slide to being like the National Enquirer
I am a teacher who just opened the general Yahoo page and was greeted by a photo of a topless woman on your front page. How about acting more like a news service and less like the National Enquirer in picking your headline news? I do log into my account and have modified it to remove celebrity news, lifestyle, and entertainment info for my personal use, but I am frustrated that I can no longer recommend your search engine and main webpage to my students for use, something that I did for almost 2 decades. Stop with the sensationalism!

Allow us to email the Yahoo News reporters/authors regarding Yahoo articles.
Allow us the ability to email the authors of the Yahoo created articles. Having comments is fine but they never get seen by the authors. In my case Yahoo posts "Amazon Deals" and when you go to click and take part of the deal, the price is not what the article lists. Other Yahoo news also needs a way to submit corrections, comments, and critique.
