Drafts - Allow commissioner to make selections for other teams during a live draft.
This draft feature would allow commissioners to make selections for other teams when enabled. For example, if someone were to lose connection to the draft but was able to contact the commissioner, they could have the commissioner make the selection for them. Currently the commissioner can not make selections for other teams.

There needs to be a display log in during the live draft so you can simply show on a large screen the overall draft selections. This is a big board display with stats of the players selected and the board gets populated with some videos as players are selected. Today each manager simply has their team view under their log in.

The one league that I am commissioner for, our draft is a live draft where I put my computer screen on a projector for my managers to see a projected draft board, about 85% of my managers are present in the room, and the remaining other managers around two or so, are live on the phone and cannot see the board.
It would be nice to have a draft setting where the present managers can see the draft board, also the managers that are live on the phone log on from their remote computer be able to see the exact same thing that is seen in the draft/war room and be able to see other picks and make their picks live as the pick becomes their turn.
