If a pleyer is injured during the game, his stats count to the end of the quarter that he was removed fromt he game, Then the backup player on the roster takes over for the remander of the game. If both players are removed from the game, or a roster doesn't have a back-up in that position, then the players stats count to the end of the game, no changes. In a real game back-ups exist fro a reason.
