I'm commissioner in the Creative League (29217) and a participant in the Show Me Your Td's league (26727).

In the Show Me league (26727) my team and one other team were eliminated from the playoffs ,however, we were still eligible to draft players through the waiver wire going into week 15 . Why was this permitted? Is there a control that should have been turned off to prevent this?
This did not occur in the league I'm commissioner (Creative league) because none of the eliminated teams attempted to draft players.
