  2. Please remove graphic details from article headlines

    Could you please stop putting the full graphic details in your newsfeed headlines. I don't want to know what horrendous things some people do to their children or pets. I'd like the option to not read the details.

  6. Can you please fix my geoIP location?

    Hi, my Internet service provider is new and they are using a repurposed IP block. The major databases have updated the location to Canada (Oakville, ontario if it is precise). Some of the secondary databases think I am in China. The result is that I cannot use yahoo sites/apps on my home wifi. Can you update the database for my geoID?

    The IP is 38.86.3.223

    I had to reach out to Netflix and Disney+. Bloomberg is next.

    Any help here would be great.

  10. Go back to old e-mail screen and format

    Hi...Yahoo e-mail just changed the format of the e-mail inbox. There is no inbox for unread mail. There is no separate folder for spam. I have wasted several hours trying to not have everything shaded grey or listed as priority. Nothing has worked.

    This new e-mail format stinks. Please go back to the old one.

  13. Provide some way to contact you when none your help suggestions work and you have lost access to your email account.

    I lost access to my email because Rogers doesn't support Yahoo any more. I had to re-enter my password on the Yahoo website but none of the passwords worked. I had 2 recovery options but one was a mobile phone number that I changed a few years back and forgot to change it with Yahoo. The second option was home phone number but because we changed providers and went with Rogers we no longer receive text on our home phone. I have tried the number provided by yahoo but it was only automated and wouldn't work. I have tried every…

  15. Better tech support

    I am locked out of one of my yahoo accounts which is directly related to my Apple ID. I have called tech support dozens of times and can not get a human being on the phone. This is extremely frustrating!!!!!

  16. have a support team

    There is no way of contacting Yahoo if one has a problem. I tried using "contact us" option and the only 2 options are to complain about spam or harm to minors. Is there no chat option or an email address for support? Is there support team? the only option I've found of possibly contacting yahoo is this suggestion feedback area which is sad.

  18. Back up email

    I no longer have the back up email that was used as a contingency for my wife’s email at dmdawe@@yahoo.com. I had been using Glenn.dawe@sympatico.ca Sympatic was our email service provider at that time but no longer offers email to us.
    As such, she is having trouble logging onto her email and unable to change her password since the back up email address is not valid any longer. How can she regain access to her email?
