The old Yahoo home page worked much better, it's clearer, easier to read and scroll through articles. Now it feels like a load of spam, or 'sponsored' news pieces are combined into the daily news. It's making me now stop looking at the page and go to the BBC site. Yahoo used to be easier to read than the BBC home page - you've lost some fundimental aspects of solid web design - ease of use and navigation are key - what we see at the top is most important. Revert back to the old style please or you will lose masses of customers and revenue. Listen above all to your customers or viewers as their opinion is the only one that counts, not yours or management. Thanks

Once you have created a place where people can leave their feedback then actually read that feedback and act accordingly. If, for instance, lots and lots of people give you feedback that the new Yahoo home page is rubbish and that they'd prefer to have the old one back, you should revert back to the old home page just like your clients want. Otherwise it looks as if our feedback means nothing to you and we might just as well not bother with Yahoo any more.
Oh, and please let us know how we can forward our Yahoo mail to another email account as that option has disappeared from the settings menu.
