  4. Issue is in draft emails

    Hi, Issue is in draft emails. As soon as i start typing email, in yahoo draft box a new draft email is created for the same email. In my case almost 33 draft emails created and they are still in my draft box. For R&D you can take a look at my draft box. Regards, Sadiq

  5. Customer service response

    I have requested support 3 times now for an email account that has disappeared and is now saying it is unrecognised. ‘Jordan’ from customer services had emailed exactly the same response each time without even reading my problem. It is clearly an automated response directing me to help pages which I have already checked and are no help. I am now left without important emails and am getting no help from customer services whatsoever.

    Please can somebody explain how my email can be retrieved?

  10. your messenger search is a complete load of rubbish, pretty much sums up yahoo as a whole

    why not employ web designers not the idiots that you have now, your messenger is a joke and to make a complaint a bigger joke, you can close down my account if you like it is not worth hacking

    Every time I use your website and accept your sites cookies, Amazon "win a phone" spam takes over your site. I have to close and reopen yahoo and not accept cookies. Your website has been hacked! Please protect your service users!

    I want English Yahoo but always get automatically redirected to the Belgian one (in French, must be Dutch) but I want all in English!!! I signed up on com with @yahoo.com address to get everything in English! NOT THE BELGIAN!!!

    Why has access to other sections such as Yahoo finance now disappeared from the home page?
    Bring it back! Why do you keep screwing with things? Trying to fix whatever is not broken?
