Let me upgrade? Or let me generate an app password?
Like probably hundreds of thousands of other users I am tearing my hair out trying to find a way to generate an app password. After research it seems as though probably the only way to get this to work would be to upgrade my account to mail plus.
However, every time I enter my payment details they are rejected with a message that reads 'offer available for US customers only'...
The ONLY reason I am signing up to the paid service is just to try to get an app password generated. Yet despite me trying to pay, Yahoo aren't even…

Email Sent Items Have Disappeared
My idea is that this shouldn't happen, and that the options on the mail recovery request form/process should at least reflect that the error might not be user error at all.

What is going on with contacts? Very often my contacts are not available and I have to enter email addresses manually.
I am trying to send an email and I get a message that says "contacts not available". This happens a lot. It has been going on for several months now. I assumed it was a temporary fault but it's still happening.
By the way, when this happens, the search function also does not work, so I can't search for an email from that individual in order to find their email address.733rd ranked -

Dear useless! Yahoo has changed! You ask me to tick squares with buses and keep wanting to confirm it is me. LAYOFF! I deleted by mistake my phone number from recovery. Now you will not let me re-add it! Yahoo customer support directly - I would appreciate you email me to help me reinstate my phone number. Thanks (though not holding breath)
