  1. Hi I have recently created a new email with you and it is not able to receive emails?

    Please see issue as above. Also I downloaded your app so I could check my emails easily from my phone, but it is not recognising my email address even tho it does on browser and I can sign in there. I have attempted to permanently delete my account to try and start over but once again it is saying it does not recognise my email. Can you please advise what I can do about this? Thanks

    How come your organisation never displays the news articles that highlights that Israel is committing war crimes and killing innocent people by indiscriminate bombing of hospitals and refugee camps.

    How can you accept ads from company with headings like 'McAfee License Renewal Notice'?

    I clicked on the link just to see where it took me and the banner claimed 'Your McAfee subscption has expired'. This is blatant entrapment aimed to catrch the unwary into purchasing this and/or other products.See https://armasoft.co.uk/McAfee%20scam.png for a screenshot,

  5. Language localization mismatch SL/SK

    Dear Yahoo team, thank you for the great service provided! As an active Yahoo Mail user from Slovakia, have noticed as soon as the Yahoo portal recognizes the source language/localization to be Slovakia/Slovak Republic (SK), it wrongly displays Yahoo Mail welcome landing page in Slovenian language (SL), which is a different country and language from Slovakian (SK). It is also visible in the web site address: login.yahoo.com/?.src=ym&lang=sl-SK&done... (SL vs SK). Not a big issue, but maybe you also want to have it right if you already made the effort to customize the landing pages. Thanks and regards, Martin

  8. basic editing for before and afters

    In this article:
    https://uk.news.yahoo.com/israel-hamas-before-after-pictures-gaza-153819925.html
    the before and after pictures show different roads, trees, and landscape.
    They are not before and after pictures of the same place. Some of them appear to be parts of the same area with a line down the middle, but that isn't a before and after photo. A simple visual inspection is generally part of editing a news feed. Show some professionalism for goodness' sake

  13. Yahoo will not let me add another email account

    Any ideas what to do? Yahoo is sending me round in circles. I log on and add another account, asks me to log on and just ask the same thing again and I cannot actually add another email account. Highly frustrating going round and round and not getting anywhere

    I was just thinking a few weeks ago how much your spam filter had improved, getting very few false negatives and positives, but I then started receiving obvious spam that had not been identified as such from various addresses @onmicrosoft.com . Why have these not been sent to my Spam folder?

  15. The imbalanced, one-sided reporting of the horror in Israel/Gaza - this isn't news it is propogandaa

    The situation in Israel is right now a blood bath - it is inhumane and has to stop - and it was not unprovoked - this is not like Russia invading/attacking Ukraine - Israel is the coloniser and to calm the situation takes real leadership and complexity thinking - not name calling nor single bias reporting. What needs to happen so that you would be happy with the life outcomes for your children if they were Palestinian AND if they were Israeli?

  16. Let me upgrade? Or let me generate an app password?

    Like probably hundreds of thousands of other users I am tearing my hair out trying to find a way to generate an app password. After research it seems as though probably the only way to get this to work would be to upgrade my account to mail plus.

    However, every time I enter my payment details they are rejected with a message that reads 'offer available for US customers only'...

    The ONLY reason I am signing up to the paid service is just to try to get an app password generated. Yet despite me trying to pay, Yahoo aren't even…
