Quit posting all media "opinions"
I used to go to the news to find out about how the candidates stand on the issues, and what the issues really are. I wish to vote educated. Now all I see on this yahoo platform is which media outlet can bash a candidate the best! No attention to the nations issues at all! And you wonder why people don't trust the media????

I finally figured out that the 'mods' who respond to an appeal are AI.
There is no way that humans get so much wrong so consistently. It's not ready for prime time. Go back to real people reviewing comments, or just remove the comments altogether.

inappropriate imagery
Don't use racially demeaning images on your home page as there is one today (Aug 6, 2024). It shows an angry South Asian man and it is a picture that is meant to be comical or invite contempt.

Banner ads in email are disgusting. Weighing an ad blocker vs. leaving yahoo.
I presume you're trying to force people to pay for basic email use by forcing that shameful banner across the bottom that eats up precious real estate I NEED TO READ! I've been using yahoo mail for as long as I can remember and this is the first time I've considered jumping ship. Sad.

Please put legit news stories at the top of your Home/News page and stop with all the agenda driven "Opinion" pieces.
Your opinion pieces are presented with the same style, and mixed in with, legitimate news pieces. It makes one wonder if there is OBVIOUS news bias. Give users some type of option with regard to one-sided "opinion" pieces.
