Previous Close Incorrect, prior day closing values for Dow 30 on 1/16/18!!!!!
At 12:53 p.m. ET, the summary pages for AAPL, DWDP and MSFT incorrectly state their prior day's closes as 175.28, 75.22 and 88.08, respectively. Per the historical data page for each stock, the closes were, in fact, and 177.09, 75.41 and 89.60, respectively. PLEASE CORRECT AND, FOR GOD'S SAKE FOR YOUR CREDIBILITY, FIGURE OUT WHY THESE ERRORS KEEP TURNING UP. I'm these errors every day.

I'm having the same problems. On top of that, the iPhone stock app shows DIFFERENT values for stocks then the desktop site (like the 52 week low and the average volume). Why is that??

3.19.18. Yahoo lists the prior day's close on KO was $43.67. That was the Thursday 3.15.18 close. The 3.16.18 close was $43.46. Haven't seen this issue in a while. Hasn't gone away apparently.

Add to today's list: Home Depot. Summary on 2/20/18 says the prior close was 185.27. Historical price page says that was the Thursday close. Correct close: 186.97

The math doesn't work since $110.19, the current quote, is down just 17 cents. That would be off the Friday close of 110.36. Per https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/IBB/history?p=IBB

2.20.18. NKE previous close is listed as $68.29. Your historical prices page says that is the Thursday close. Friday's close was $68.30.

2.12.18: Prior day's closes on ^hsi and ^000001.SS summary pages are incorrect. You're picking up Thursday values. I get ^BVSP. That market is closed for Carnival.
I don't understand why the Friday closing values for these tickers on Saturday morning changed by Monday. (Not by a lot, but they're different.) XLE, IVV, EEM, EWJ, GLD, SEA. I have the data if you want it.
Lastly, the WSJ lists the name of the ETF associated with SEA as Guggenheim Shipping. You list it as Claymore/Delta Global Shipping. Has it been renamed?

YY. You say the prior day's close was 137.19. No idea where that comes from. Historical price page and my spreadsheet says $129.37.
IOO. You said originally it was $91.93. I note it now correctly says 89.03
IWM. Changed from a 4 a.m. display of 145.56 to 145.44. Ditto GLD and RSX.
Which leads to the question: At what time does an ETF close become permanent?

2.9.18. Same issue with IYZ, Separately, the close on the SPY was displayed at 4 a.m. ET as $257.77. It's now listed as $257.63.

Add to the list for 2/7/18: AGIO. Summary page was the prior close was 73.87. Historical prices page (and my spreadsheet) says it was 76.82. Also OMER. Summary page sez 14.40. Historical prices page: 15.50

2/7/18. Same problem with XLE. $69.42 on the summary page was the Monday close. Tuesday was $69.97.

Problem with MSFT on 2/6/18. You said the close for 2/5/18 was $91.78. It was, in fact, $88.00 https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/MSFT/history?p=MSFT.

Now to the ETFs

XLF
IYZPLUS, the closing values listed at midnight last night on XLE, XLV, XLK and SPY changed by 1 p.m. today. Not a lot but still noticeable. The Tuesday close for SPY was listed at $281.59 at might. It's now listed $281.76.
This leads to the question of whether you're getting the data on time or the correct data is not getting out to the live site.
Either way, the unexplained variability of all this data threatens the trustworthiness of all your data.
