Shares outstanding are shown on Yahoo Finance at the ticker level, so in this case 349.29M relates to GOOG (class C shares). However float is based on a percentage of the total shares outstanding, which, if we include all share classes (A, B and C) equals 695M. Float is 86.9% of that, which is 603M.
