How can we improve Yahoo Finance?

.Why is Yahoo Finance Premium Not Accessible in Canada ???

Please make Premium accessible to Canadian users. Why are Canadian users not eligible??? We are ready to pay for the service! We love Yahoo Finance but we need the good stuff. Please do something.
