How can we improve Yahoo Finance?

Receive Stock Alerts

I want to receive Stock Alerts by email from my watch list in Yahoo Finance and wasn't able to find the place to do it.

I was able to find a how to article on that at

However, I still wasn't able to follow it to find the place to do it.
