When Lawmakers break the Law, where a common man stands?
The appointment of Bureaucrats by Politicians is the main cause of
deteriorating Law & Order condition, , Economic inequality,Injustice
The need of the Hour, make CBI, Enforcement Directorate, Income Tax
autonomous Bodies, Introduce Police Reforms .This is primary need to
maintain Healthy Democracy
It is noticed those honest, dedicated Bureaucrats do not get good posting since
they do not remain submissive to their political masters. Bureaucrats work
under fear of remote transfer hence remain submissive
It is most unfortunate, disheartening that despite public Voice, Supreme court
strictures central Govt do not move ahead and make aforesaid institutions
autonomous. Who bothers of Public Voice?
Similarly State Government,Central Govt needs to introduce police reforms.
****, Murder cases gets hushed up, Police do not register FIR of serious
cases , the accused is made to sit for hours to gather in the pretext of interrogation
