One of the biggest holes we have in every single one of our issues is the corporate
voice. Why should they not have a voice. They have been time and time
again bailed out when they are financially in trouble so the Tax Payers
whether they want to or not have been fishing them out of their troubles.
I am not sure that is a good idea and if I remember correctly Pres. Obama was not sure of that either. GM and Morgan's Bank were going
down the drain inf 2008 and there was a choice of should we or should
we not bail them out. Pres. Obamawas pressured into bailing them
out so maybe next time we will look at it differently. The biggest employers in this country need to take a seat at the table because if
they are going to take the profits that they make and pay it back to the
shareholders, they are a part of this and we need to start facing what
we have done over the decades with our big businesses. They are the
ones that took all the money and we have not done anything to raise
the levels of our middle American workers, which would raise all the
buttom levels as well. It is shameful that we have to fight to get the
wage up to $15.00 an hour when we have corp. bosses being paid
billions and then gettting pensions that far exceed anything this is
disgraceful and we wonder why racism is alive and well in this country
when we would have to start to pay everybody from the ground up
more money and having corp. bosses at the table when decissions are
being made. No more $ 66 BILLION annually salary to Disneys CEO.
And we have the Republicans fight for a raise from $7.25 an hour
on the Tax Payers. NO NO NO.
