Install "Add/Remove Column" to Equity Screener Found Stocks Display
Add the ability for the user to add or remove columns to the "Found Stocks" display on the Equity Screener. E.G. "Dividend Rate", "52 Week Hi-Low". Some columns in now are not useful.
