Why reload activity is not working?

Why the Reload activity is not working when the data you receive is not updated immediately which causes problem in trading. Please correcet this mistake immediately.

    The reload activity is not working when the screen is not updating data immediately which causes lots of problems in trading. Please correct this immediately.
