Make paid service operational, educate and empower support staff, don't continuously overcharge by 60% for an entire year and then not honor prorated agreement and or refund. It's been over 12 months now and well more than 20 calls and many emails. If you're going To take $80 a month out of my bank account for 29.99 plan the least you could have done was make it operational for me to use. I'm trying to cancel my subscription for the 6th time now.
