Add support for realized gains
Portfolio "total gains" computes one's unrealized gains. That is a useful feature, to be sure. But sometimes one wants to include realized gains, and there seems to be no way currently to do that in Yahoo finance.
Custom category (e.g. $$CASH) always shows total gains of 0. My suggestion is to enter realized gains as a separate lot in $$CASH, with "# shares" set to the $ value of gains, and a cost/share entry of 0. Using the regular formula (and assuming a market value per "share" of $1), the total gain for that lot equals the entered $ amount, and would be included in the total gain for the portfolio.
(Just to be clear, entering a "1" in the cost/share column will give the same result as currently, namely a total gain of $0.)
