when user has signed up for two step verifications, why are you asking for clicking twice to click? useless step
Once user has signed up for two step verification, it should directly send verification step to the primary device immediately, you can keep option of other devices but not necessarily that you have to click, simple and easy. Why ask for again to send notification to device? What is the point of two step verification if you are going to not allow without it and yet keep asking user to click mulitple times for unnecessary steps?
