It would not allow me to post because it did not meet guidelines. Why?

It will only be for unresectable melanoma, not all malignancies. Combo front line therapy is only in P2 so at least 3 years out. Used to think that was critical but not so much after the call yesterday. This would be such a quick follow-on after any progression that I don't think 1L is critical from a business standpoint. At 6k {US) 2L patients annually and a 60% eligibility rate (per panel discussion), they will be capacity constrained quite quickly (YE 2024?). I assume this is why the contracted the standby capacity. A combo may provide greater efficacy but would only increase the patient population by about 2k (US). Perhaps better to expand as 2L in EU as greater patient population (but lower reimbursement rates).

Yahoo is censoring posts arbitrarily because their engineers can not write software that adequately discriminates between valid content and content that violates their rules, i.e., spam posts and those that include offensive language. If users with useful content are censored, the value of these stock boards falls to zero. Doesn't Yahoo understand their broken software might cause a mass exodus of users and participation of the stock boards?

I have the same problem anytime I post about cancer immunotherapy news. I believe this is happening because biotech stock short sellers are manipulating the censor filter by marking medical news posts as Spam or Abusive posts, to suppress positive news about the biotech company. What is so crazy about this is that at the same time, mud slinging harrassing posts make it through the filter with no problem at all. Just academic stuff is blocked. It's insane.

I have been permanently blocked doing exactly what another posted has done time and time again. It's a joke...Clark can say whatever he wants but when I say the same to him mine gets rejected...talk about Liberal bias...what a joke..

I have run into a similar problem. My posts are appropriate and on topic and do not violate any community standards yet I am blocked because of complaints from others. The issue is purely a diffference of opinion so I have violated no rules but am being treated as if I have done so.
