^GSPC vs SPY
Can you address the difference between ^GSPC and SPY returns? ^GSPC close looks like it doesn't include dividends, but the adjusted column in the historical doesn't seem to either. It's exactly the same as the close, so the returns are likely underestimating the actual returns of holding US large cap stocks
