fix the stocks with 52 week lows page
same 7 stocks are showing for over a week now.
this has happened before. Last time 0 stocks were showing. When it was fixed, 30 stock tickers magically showed up again.

Ervin from customer care doesn't seem to understand the issue. He thinks the page is operating as designed. When 30 tickers show up, the page is working as designed, just 23 more tickers to go.
