How can we improve Yahoo Finance?

Yahoo Finance Plus isn't available in my country

Hey, I was intending to subscribe to Yahoo Finance Plus services, but I keep getting a message that it isn't available in Israel. I would like to ask why and when will it be possible to get it here.
